Hello everyone, I've been reading your forums avidly since I inherited 3 hens and a rooster 5 months ago when we moved to the country and although I was a little daunted at first I just love them. They are an absolute delight! I never knew that having chickens could be such fun ...and a real privilege. They are all Brahma. Recently I introduced (carefully and slowly) three new hens ...barnevelders. I would like some advice on a slight dilemma involving persuading my newcomers to roost in the coop with the flock and not roost in the trees. They are all free range. How do I start a new thread in the forum to explain my problem and ask advice? I only managed to send it to myself as a private message. A little inept, I know.

! Happy you joined us. Easy question: look up above at the various brown tabs and select the Forum tab. In the list select the forum where you think your question belongs (probably Managing Your Flock). Once there select the Start a New Thread button and type away. Good luck to you!
