1. I had chickens growing up but never paid much attention to them. As an adult I got my first chickens in Feb as babies from Rural King.
2.10, including 2 babies and 1 Roo
3.Black australorp and RIR, and as of 2 days ago a mix of the two
4. I love their personalities. I have a bench in the chicken run so I can sit and watch my ladies play.
5.I am a full time pre-med student and I work full time as a paramedic.. my hobbies right now are reading and studying, chickens, family and running!
6. I have 2 teenage sons and 1 adult son, a daughter in law and a granddaughter on the way! Husband is also a paramedic and he loves the chickens like I do. We also have 2 German Shepherds who think the chickens are their babies
