I would give her a bath in a flea shampoo for dogs & cats. Rinse VERY well, to kill all the critters off. Then I would try to get some iron in her system, a product called REDCELL it's for horses, & you can get it at Tractor Supply, or most feed stores. Add some to her drinking water, or eyedrop some in her mouth. She is depleted of iron from the mites, & needs that to get her energy back. The poultry drench product is full of iron & when you give that you get the same effect as Redcell, just costs more for the drench. Hope she get's better!
