Hello from Tillamook OR

My husband & I are in Tillamook Oregon, 4400 people, 8000 cows. We moved here from Grand Junction Colorado 5 years ago, mostly because it was the farthest we could get away from our families & still be in the US. My Nathan, the best hubby in the world, was a political activist in Junction, & we got run out. We're going to Berkeley ASAP. I love my old hippie hubby!! He still uses the word Groovy.

my Nathan is a Vietnam Veteran. I love him as much now as I did the first day I saw him.

Tillamook is a gorgeous area. My husband and I loved to take day trips from Oregon City and have lunch at the Tillamook Cheese Factory, which is a great draw for the local economy there.

i loved lovong in Oregon and the first Cross Country race I ever ran was in Tillamook!

the cheese is more expensive here in Tillamook than it was in Colorado (according to my Mom) I live 1 & a half miles from the Cheese Factory. I've been to Depoe Bay & its gorgeous. We are 9 miles from the beach & Nathan's been worried about tsunami's for years!!!!!!!!
