Hello from upstate NY

Hi everyone!

My husband and I live in Pittstown, NY. We have two daughters. One goes to medical school in PA and the other to nursing school in VT. We have been proud chicken parents for about one year now. We have 8 hens who are very pampered. We have 2 Barred Rocks, 2 Australorps, 2 RIRs and 2 white Cochins. They all have such great personalities! We are adding to our family next week. We are getting 2 black Jersey Giant chicks.
I am excited about joining this forum with other chicken lovers. I will be posting pictures of our girls soon.
