Hi Everyone!
I live on a small farm near Burlington, VT where we raise Border Leicester sheep. We also have a few llamas, some miniature horses, a goat, 4 Border Collies, and occasionally a beef cow or 2. We had a large flock of chickens ages ago, but we haven't had any birds for a while. Last spring I got ducklings through our local hardware store and then later in the year I got a few more ducks and my little sister got some chickens. Despite my misgivings about having chickens again (I have some bad memories of our past chickens) I find that I am actually enjoying it this time around. Who knew chickens could be so fun! I have also found that I have a serious addiction......if it has feathers on its legs, a puff on its head or if it has a beard or muff of some sort, I can't say no! The funkier the better!
