Hello from southern Virginia! My husband had chickens as a kid and this is my first time with them. We have a flock of about 30 of various breeds/colors: Marans, Wyandotte’s, Orpingtons, Barred stock, Easter Eggers, Oliver Eggers, to name a few 
all under 3 months old.
We have a small farm with two llamas, three miniature donkeys, two German Shepherds and a barn cat.
We are starting our garden this year and got the chickens for eggs and bug control.
I have been reading a lot of the old forums for info and finally joined so I can post my own questions. Really look forward to being a part of the community.
