Hello from W. Michigan!

Hello everyone!
I've had chickens for about 7 years now, but have just jumped into the addicting world of hatching eggs. I love having chickens and look forward to expanding my flock to include Marans, Welsummers, and, Chocolate Orpingtons.

I also raise honey bees and Mini Rex rabbits.

I look forward to learning more about breeding and raising chickens!

I did not build my own incubator. I bought a cheaper one to see if it was something I really wanted to invest in. I'm currently saving up for a better one.

Hatching is so fun! Amazing to watch an egg turn into a tiny life. Sounds like you have some egg-citing breeds hatching too! I am a huge fan of the Orpington breeds, fabulous birds!
