Hello from Washington State!

hello! I’m Emma, Washington native and HUGE chicken fan! I currently have a Cochin hen named Delilah, a Rhode Island Red pullet named Ginger, an Asian Blue cockerel named Knox (new home pending) and a Silver Laced Wyandotte pullet named Noodle. My favorite breed(s) of chicken are Brahmas, Sussexs, Silkies, and Jersey Giants. I am hoping to own a silkie or two by this weekend and maybe add a Sussex to my flock! I have owned ducks, including 3 Peking drakes, and what I believed to be 2 Buff Orpington drakes. My chickens from the past have been a Golden Laced Wyandotte pullet (killed recently by cocci) and a Black Sexlink killed by coons last year. Enough about me, I’d love to talk to you guys about your birds as well!

I see you have 3 lavender Araucana and a few Isabella Brahma’s in the ‘bator. Those sound super cool! I want a Brahma super bad, but I can’t take the risk of a big Brahma rooster at the moment, so I may have to wait a couple of years
