Hey There!
My name is Kayela, and I've always loved animals. I was around farm animals growing up with my grandfather and have had dogs all my life. As soon as I could pick what I wanted to be when I grew up I picked Vet Tech, maybe one day a Vet.

I have just started with chickens as an adult, although had them periodically growing up. I started with 4 Lavender Orpington's on September 25th, 2024. Their sweet personalities as they grew got me attached quite quickly! I also love to craft, literally all crafts, but especially crochet and sewing (Oooo, maybe I can make Chicken sweaters?!). My 3 dogs and my husband love to see the random things I come out of the craft room with, but were very surprised when I came home with the chicks.

I'm excited to learn from everyone! I've been following the FB group for a while and hope to have something to give as well!
