My name is Emily and I am new to backyard chickens, and I am in love with having chickens. They are the most amazing little creatures. I have a golden sex link, a buff Orphington, Easter Eggers americanus, Rhode Island Reds, Plymouth Rock, blue australorp and a blue red laced waynedotte. I have raised them all from little chicks. 4 are 3 months old and the other 7 are a week old and still cute as can be in their little brooder- raising a few of them for my parents as I can only keep 6 per city law- boo!! :) I look forward to making friends in my chicken community!
