Thank you, do you have any feather friends? I purchased 7 silver laced wyandotte, unsexed.. Ended up with 2 hens and 5 roos.. About to dress 4 roos for the freezer. That is going to be a sad day.

Welcome to BYC. I'm glad you decided to join our flock. I've had Silver Laced Wyandottes over the years and they are a beautiful breed, very cold hardy, and good layers of large, brown eggs. You definitely need 7or 8 more hens to go with rooster you're keeping. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. We are here to help in any way we can. Good luck in getting your hens.
