hello new to owning chickens

I have two chickens a road island red that I inherited, her name use to be scratches but I opted to call her red or chicken the day before Easter I got a chick from the local feed store that I named eostre after a Easter lore.after much research I found out my chick was a silver grey dorking, I've handled her daily, nowshelives in back yard with red, recently she's started attacking me and I'm not sure why

No I'm not totally sure she isn't a rooster, from what I have gathered the roosters of this 5 toed variety have totally different coloring to the females, she only attacks me if my boyfriend is outside she pays no mind to him
