I cracked open an egg today and for the first time the entire egg whites was red. I already poured into my mixture and it was on the side of it. I scarped out and wondering what it means to have entire egg whites red? Does it mean it is sick/has bacteria in it? I am wondering if I should toss my nearly 2lbs ground meat? Has anyone else experienced this? I could not take original picture. I am attaching a picture which was somewhat similar that I found on the website... Thanks.

I have no idea what the red inside an eggs is caused by. I suspect it is the chickens blood somehow.
I would rinse out the meat you have in your bowl, and still use it. JMO. I know that cooking will kill all bacteria . You do what you think is best for you. Make sure you do have that meat well done. I know that peeps that like to have hamburgers on the rare side do risk bacteria like Ecoli. Only thing safe on the rare side are steaks, and that is because bacteria is generally on the surfaces. When meat is ground, the surface bacteria gets into the whole meat mixture.
If someone does come up with a valid reason to dump the meat, I would still cook it and give it to chickens as meat protein. They can consume many types of bacteria. They munch on their poop, and still live healthy.
I don't think the red in the egg is a toxin. Toxins do not cook out.
WISHING YOU BEST,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and :welcome
