Hello! This is my first day here and I can hardly wait to learn from all y'all.

I live in NE Arkansas. Am on the 18th day of my first hatch.....I have been stressed ALL day long. I grew up with chickens and in the past had a few show birds (Bantam Cochins ~ little beauties they are). This hatch however is mixed colored egg layers. I'm still a bit of a nervous netty as, I have yet to remove the turning trays. Every time that silly alarm goes off my heart jumps like one of my grandbabies just fell off the roof.
Anyhow, I'm here and hope to glean as much knowledge from all y'all as I possibly can.
