Hello This is my first post. We have 10 baby chicks all about 2 weeks old… we bought from two different feed stores and different types of chia

One of the chicks is noticably smaller than the rest… I suspect the other chicks are not accepting her… she is always alone.She is a different t type being a Brahma. Should I separate her?

how old are they?
If they pick on her I would separate for awhile
If not, just make sure she gets to eat and drink.

Duh, 2 weeks old. My bad for not reading. Just make sure the lil chick eats and drinks even if you have to separate it at meal time.

thats exactly what we did …… pulled her out and fed her and we had to actual place her beak in the water to get her to drink. Next day we got probiotics and electrolytes and she has recovered and is strong enough to protect herself. But I still pull her out for special attention! She loves it! Thanks for your response!
