Hi! Welcome to BYC! Love your intro and photos! Buff Orpingtons are my favorite chickens. It is fun to free range, but also dangerous. Your chicken hutch and run looks great for the 3 hens. Have you tried adding in some clutter to provide some entertainment? Things like a crate, a log, a roosting branch. They love having things to climb up on.
