So I am just going to be posting a little bit about myself before I ask anymore questions on here.
(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
Yes I am. I got my chickens early April. My mom had chickens growing up, so she is more experienced with them. This is my first time owning chickens, but I have hatched them over the course of several years.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
I have three chickens.
(3) What breeds do you have?
I have a Polish, an Americauna I think, and I think a Plymouth Rock. The Americauna and the Plymouth Rock were hatched together, the Polish we got when they were about 4 weeks old.
(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?
I was researching some things about my chickens and I always end up getting my answer on here.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I LOVE animals. I like to spend time working with animals at a shelter, and just being with animals.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I have many other pets, including three rabbits, two birds, and several turtles. The chickens absolutely love to play with the bunnies XD. I know most of you are experts on chickens, but if anyone has any questions about cockatiels or other parrots, or rabbits, let me know and I can try to help!

Glad you joined the flock! BYC is a very fun and informative site for people who love chickens! You can also talk about turkeys, duck, quail etc.. Hope you are enjoying your chickens
