I live on 90 acres and we recently (4-5 months ago) purchased 7 chickens (ok, hubby did, total surprise on my part). We also currently have 8 ducks, but 2 of our females are sitting on 18 eggs at the moment so may have more soon! We have 5 parrots, 3 B&G macaws, an African grey and a yellow streak lorrie. And last but not least 3 dogs. My husbands family had chickens when he was little but they were a source of income for them so were taken care of much differently than ours. I know absolutely nothing about chickens or ducks. But 10 years ago I knew nothing about parrots either lol. I am hoping to gain a lot of insight on this group about how to better take care of them, tips, tricks etc.
