First post! I have seen threads on this forum come up in my Google searches when researching and figured it makes sense to join! I am looking forward to learning as much as possible here.

We will be getting chicks for our first flock in a few weeks. We have a 3x4 custom raised coop with attached 10x5 run (not including space under coop) and will have 4 chickens. We live in NW Connecticut, and will have Buff Orpingtons and Barred Rocks.

I am confident I will be posting lots of questions soon!
