(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
We got our first chickens about 7 months ago.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
5 in total so far
(3) What breeds do you have?
4 female Icelandic and 1 male Norwegian(jærhøns)
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
Watching their different personalities and them having fun roaming the garden
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Fishing.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
We live in Arctic Norway and run tourist accommodation. In addition to the chickens, we have a rescue dog called Billie (Cross black labrador and English setter). And a 7 year old daughter and 5 year old son.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
It kept popping up when I searched about chickens!
