Good evening!
I just wanted to take a second to thank you for allowing me into the forum. I have been researching chickens and ducks for years and finally got my first 2 ducklings this week. They are super fun and really cute. We think we have identified the black and yellow one as a magpie, but no idea on the other. It has some faint brown markings on top of the yellow. Open to learning and would love any and all suggestions. We live in the suburbs in a neighborhood with a big backyard and a nice garden. Wild ducks and geese roam around our front yard And last week we had a fox visit the wild ducks, so we will be sure to be careful with our babies and have them a nice brooder in our closet and they will be brought inside every night when they are older. I attached some pics of our babies as well as our wild friends that live out front and land on our neighbor’s house
looking forward to getting to know everyone!
