Hi all! I'm new here as a member but I have been lurking and learning here for a couple years now. I started with chickens in 2018 helping a friend with a homeschool flock and I fell in love with them. I currently care for the homeschool flock where we have an EE, a super blue, a GLW, a BLRW (black, not blue), white crested black polish, Buff Orp, and finally our crazy Delaware. My personal flock consists of a Buff laced polish, cream crested leg bar, mottled Houdan, blue EE, and a snowy EE. My new obsession is a frizzle tolbunt polish! I also knit, throw pottery, keep orchids, garden and love on my kids. I have a degree in biology and love all things nature! This forum has been so helpful for me in learning the ropes and helping me do a great job caring for our girls, thanks to everyone who makes it so amazing!
