I'm Shelley.
I'm only 5 weeks into being a chicken momma, raising some chicks. I have 9 babies and of course I have no idea what most of them are. I'm hoping for girls as we aren't allowed any boys where I'm located. I'm so happy to have found such a wealth of information and knowledge here and look forward to learning from each of you.

You might start looking around for a farm that will take the males. If you bought straight run chicks, chances are, that at least half will be males.
I've had good luck rehoming mine through Craigslist. Join a local Facebook chicken group, if possible. (I know..sigh. it is fb, but it is a good way to rehome roosters.)
