Hello! I am from Evansville and want a few chickens for eggs. I have no idea what I am doing in regards to chickens or this chatting thing. LOL I got the impression that you were new at this chicken thing too. Have you made any progress? I am at the planning stage. I have picked out a coope that I would like and am trying to find a place to set it up in my yard.:jumpy

I need "Dummy for Chickens" assistance with starting my journey. I am interested in just a few chickens for the egg experience. I am in Southern Indiana and the weather can be pretty cold in the winter time and hot/humid in the summer. I just want to make my hens comfortable and happy and producing eggs for my husband and I.
