Hello everyone! I’m new to having chickens but I’m ready to learn! I bought 4 Bantam chicks this weekend. They are super tiny and I’m scared to death to hurt them. I’ve calmed down a lot over the past 3 days and can now hold them without sweating! Super excited for this new journey!

Welcome to BYC. They could be almost anything- except buff orpingtons. They definitely are not buffs. Maybe easter eggers, welsummers, or speckled sussex. You'll know in a few weeks.

I can say with certainty that those are not Orpingtons. Many different breeds have that chipmunk pattern, so you'll need to wait for them to feather out before you can guess breeds.
