I'm Shawn. I'm for a nice small Michigan town north of Detroit. I have always wanted to raise chickens and I finally have the house and yard to make it happen. I am currently building my chicken coop out of an existing shed. I found this website and forum by looking for coop ideas. BYC is a great site and I have a feeling I will be visiting often.
