So I've been lurking for a few weeks now but I wanted to introduce myself! This is my first adventure with chickens, I'm more of a cattle girl myself but I'm loving my birds!! We bought 30 chicks this spring ISAs, black sex links and some RIRs. I ended up with one dead chick, 12 pullets and 17 roos! I'm anxiously awaiting our first eggs in the next few weeks and deciding the best setup to process our roos.
