My family and I are starting out in this whole chicken thing.....very excited and ready to learn as much as we can. We bought 7 chicks 2 weeks ago. 2 Rhode Island Reds, 2 Dominique, 2 Buff Orpington, and 1 Welsummer. They are getting so big!!! Cant believe we love them as much as we do........:) New to the site, of course, but if anyone could point us to a spot to find out information on building a run for these chicks, we would be much obliged!

I'm glad you joined us.

You've already received two good links! I hope they contain the information you're looking for. Good luck with your birds!

My original coop and run just for an idea. I say original because chicken math sets in and things can change quickly. There are lots more ideas on the site. Welcome to BYC.
