Hi, my name is Julie. I am new to the forum.


I live in the UK, married with 3 children. We are animal crazy in our house. We have 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 rabbits, 2 fish and now 4 chicks.

I have 3 week old chicks, 2 silkies and 2 lavender bantams.

Your place does sound like it could have it’s busy moments with the children and pets .. we have two cats, 6 bantam hens and 7 large gold fish in outside ponds.

I hope you enjoy learning your little ones individual chickenalities and that they do not fail to put a smile on your face every day.

BYC is a fantastic site and I know for a fact that I would not have a couple of my gals today without the assistance and support given by BYC members.
