Help 19 days old

I have a 19 day old chick that still is not active, just stands around. She does eat and drink, but this morning I noticed that she was shivering while under the lamp. I got her at 5 days old with two others and they were very small. Two of the three died 4 days ago. She runs with the rest when you go to pick her up she hasn't gotten any bigger, she chips like crazy when you pick her up. Any suggestions would be great!

I am not sure what is wrong with your chick. Why not move this over to the emergencies thread. They see so many things there. Maybe someone over there has seen this before.
