I got two brown looking EE a while back... can't tell yet if they're pullets, then I got two more one whitish and the other blackish that were several weeks younger and each time I try to put them together, the two older ones literally attack the two younger ones. To the point that the younger ones run and flatten themselves out on the ground while being bitten. The older ones have drawn blood.

I now have them separated until I figure this out.

I also have two bantty roosters that don't care a thing about any of the EE chickens.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
AMT

I would take the mean ones out for a bit and give the new kids a chance to get comfortable.

And you put the bullies in a cage or something for two or three days, and then when you put them back in they will likely not be so hostile to the new guys, at least that has been my experience.

This worked GREAT......

I caught the bigger of the two offenders and isolated it and in 4 days let it loose and it's been fine since....

Thanks again for the advice....
