Help 27 month old sexlink dying

Hi all
I have done reading on this site but don't have any answers so thought I would post.
7 hens are 27 months old
9 hens are 16 months old.
Yesterday one hen from the older flock looked not good.
She looked even worse today. Another hen from the older flock had a very messy butt end, kinda green and yellowish
poo.

Any thoughts on this, how do I deal with this.
I will post a picture of the hen, we had to cull her today. A very sad day. They are very spoiled girls that have a large hen house cleaned regularly. Their names are on the fence to boot. I live in the pacific northwest. We have had 7 days of steady rain and they have lived inside a lot.. but they have 2 large outside runs and get out in the yard to free range (no fences on the lawn)
This October was the rainiest ever on record.

they may have worms, did you check their poo for small white worms? If so, purchase some Diatomaceous Earth and mix it with their food, isolate them from everything and only allow them to eat this food.

If they are losing feathers, it could be mites, also use the DE, but sprinkle it in their bedding and on them, and in their dirt bathing spots.
