4 baby Muscovy were dropped off today because the owners didn't want to take care of them anymore and they lost 2 to raccoons :( I think they are about 3-6 weeks old
I have chickens and quail but no ducks. Can I mix the ducklings with my silkies for a while???? What are some basic things I should know about these birds?? I have raised chickens and quail but not ducks. Any info would be helpful!! Thanks..

I've never had ducks either, but I have done some research and I hope this helps.

You can try putting them with your silkie, but they sound pretty old, and muscovies are partially carnivorous. If they are fully feathered you can put them out in a pen with a bucket of water that they can get in and out of or a kiddie pool. You can feed them poultry grower, but you should supplement it with niacin (brewers yeast does this well).
They are good foragers, fun to watch, and Muscovies aren't loud. They do, however, have sharp claws and they can attack baby chicks, so mixing them with mother chickens probably isn't a good idea.

Best of luck!
