Help! 4 buttonchicks attacking 1 - parents not helping

hi everyone, its been a while

i'm having pc issues & im stuck w/onscreen keyboard so pls excuse if my post isnt perfect. my button quail couple hatched 5 chicks 7days ago all CHICKS seamed perfect & equal. 3Days ago i heard screeming and i had to help it. now i see the runt is smaller, not running around like others & possibly hurt wing

i know in reg situation to seperate in same cage - but with the parents here i'm a little lost leaving the runt with others will kill it HELP

I'd try separating the other 4 and leaving the picked on chick with the parents. Good luck.
