it is day 6 of head twisting. I have been giving her three pea sized amounts of selenium and vitamin E gel from tractor supply a day. Nutri drench in water and some straight up by spoon feeding. She improves a little in the afternoon. Her spasms last for maybe 4-5 seconds and she’s back up but with head leaning to the right. She eats when I feed her scrambled egg and yogurt every 2-3 hours in the day. I got non medicated food when it started. I notice she scratches her right ear a lot.
I start back to work on Monday and will be gone for 7 hours. She drinks some on her own. My mom will give her scrambled eggs while I’m gone.
Please any more advice? Should I up her vitamin E? I can add tabs to her food too.

Can you post some photos of her and her ear? Is there any pus or debris in the ear?
A photo of the product you are using along with it's label may be helpful too - I'm not sure how vitamin e is in the pea size that you are giving?

I didn’t measure it. It is roughly the size of a pea.

OK But what does the analysis on the back of the Vit E+Selenium say - how much vitamin E/Selenium is in a gram? maybe?

What I'm getting at is how much (units?) of Vitamin E is in a pea size dose? Bottom line here - I would get at least 400IU Vitamin E into her daily. Selenium can be found in egg, tuna or sunflower seeds, while it does help with the uptake of E, you can overdose Selenium. I would also give her B1 (Thiamine) which is probably in the PolyViSol.

I am now giving her a vitamin e tablet cut open. It is 400 ui. I gave her one last night and this morning plus the poly. She is not improving. One minute her head is up the next it’s down for a few seconds then back up. I don’t know what else to do. I go back to work tomorrow so she will be on her own for about 7 hours tomorrow. She will have scrambled eggs that my mom will give her while I’m gone.

I'm sorry to hear she is not improving. A lot depends on the cause of the Wry Neck - if it's vitamin deficiency, then they bounce back in a couple of weeks. Other causes like Marek's disease or head trauma it may take a lot longer or she may not improve much at all.
I'm so sorry that you are having to deal with this. You are doing what you can for her.

Very good advice by @Wyorp Rock . I would have your mom also mix a little chicken feed with a lot of water, and feed some to her. Can you share any details about your chicken’s age and breed, if she was vaccinated for Mareks, or if a head injury might be a cause?
