I have a total of 5 chicks that are age 4 wks to about 12 wks. The oldest are a Buff Orphington mix and an Australorp. I just bought a Jersey Giant that is about 2-3 mos old to add to the mix. I am having a prob with my 2 oldest chicks stalking/pecking her. They keep cornering her. Is there something I can do to make this transition easier for her? I have heard sometimes spraying the new hen with something can help. Just can't remember what it was or if it will actually work. Any advice?
