Hi. Today was day 23 of our hatch, 8 eggs in lockdown, 6 hatched within 12 hours of each other, all on day 21. One of the 2 eggs left seems to have a very little bit of movement in it, though it was much more active yesterday (I can candle through the side of the incubator). I do not see an internal pip. I'm not sure what to do, of course it is the only blue black splash that made it to lockdown. All of the other chicks looked great when they came out, not too dry, not too wet, lively and perfect. I did open the incubator to take them out (Brinsea mini, they definitely didn't fit in there anymore). Humidity went right back up every time, but I'm worried he may have dried out and can't move? I'm not sure what to do. Any advice from those of you who have done this before is appreciated. I have read the assisted hatching article many times, but I'm still not sure what to do.
Thanks!
Edit- I forgot to add that these were shipped eggs and this was one of two that had a saddle shaped air cell at day 7, but looked completely normal by day 14.

If there's no pip, opening the bator holds no risk. There's also nothing you can do except give it time and wait it out.

Thanks, Amy. It's been more than 24 hours since our last little guy hatched, so I was getting worried about him. I guess I'll just sit tight and see what he can do.
