Help advice something plz

I have a hen that is pecking at the chicks. She seems like a good mama calls em to say hey guys here's a treat then when they he there she pecks at them by their wing and lifts them up. Why. She has had them for two weeks

Wow that's bad is she a first time mum?
But I think the only way to fix this is to take the chicks way and hand raise them.
