the pip started at like 7 am the babys beak is stiking out! the baby still looks the same and the beak looks dry has it died ? what should i do?

That happened to me once...beak clearly poking through...I would touch the beak to see if it was still alive. When I got movement and peeping I knew it was alive, but definitely too dry to hatch so I took it out and started picking away the shell...the little guy came out just fine..with my help..that's just me though. I would rather have it die trying than die and not have tried anything.

If the humidity is about 60%, nothing. If it is low rise it, if it high lower it. Go fishing or to Church. If you are old enough to drink, go get a few (and 1 for me) Tomorrow this time you should have a nice dry chick.

Do you hear any peeping? How is your humidity?
If you have other eggs in there, you could destroy the chances of the others still waiting to hatch by going in after that one. Some of mine are really quick with the pip and the zip, hatching only 4 hours after pipping. Others have really scared me and had no progress for 10 to 12 hours after the pip, resting up, but finally emergeing exhausted. I know it is hard to sit on your hands if you think you can help. That's not saying I haven't given in and helped. Some are fine to this day and others only lived a few days. If it was me, and your humidity is ok, I wouldn't risk shrink wrapping the others, he may be just resting. I hope he makes some progress pretty soon.
