HELP Air Cell Question

My eggs are in lockdown as of tonight, i candled them quick before a put them in and noticed on most of them that the air cell is horizontal along the shell (vs. being on the large end) does this matter or will my chicks have trouble hatching, or hatch at all?

They were shipped could that have anything to do with it?

As in completely on the side or just at an angle?

some are completely on the side and a few are just at an angle

Its normal for them to be at an angle but not all the way on there side... Probably still hatch fine.
