Help all my chicken will do is sleep

Hello,
Hope maybe someone can help me,My neighbor gave me three Rhode isle red Hens and one of them is sick.
She started to moving real slow and just wanted to lay down and she closed her eyes and has not opened them back up and all she will do is sleep no movement unless you wake her up.(she acts like she has took a sleeping pill)
She was fat and healty as for as just looking at her 2 days ago..I have taken her out and have her in the barn in a basket where she is sitting upwards(I read somewhere not to let lay down)
Ive read some of the other post and articals on chickens and she has none of the signs they say to look for.
She will drink by a dropper one drop at a time
Only other thing she does is arches her neck every now and then

About the chicken, you might want to take it to a vet. Sounds like some unusual behaviour. Keep watching her and make sure she eats and drinks. Hope things get better!

Sorry, I can't help you. Maybe if you try posting in the emergency/injury section, you'll get more responses. Glad you joined, although I wish it was under better terms. Good luck, I hope she gets better.
