HELP Am I feather sexing wrong???

So looking up on feather sexing if the wing tip has two feather sizes its female, if they are the same size it male right? Can ALL kinds be feather sexed? I have americanas, and D'uccles. 13 of my 16 americanas are male according to this type of sexing.

I would love any advice on this.

Unless your chicks were bred to be feather sexed, you may as well flip a coin. Most "Americanas" can be sexed by color pattern once the feathers come in, though.
