I hope I have that right, I have had so many different animals with so many different conditions, anyways her Kidneys are shutting down.
Story,
I worked with a rescue and we had adoption day I was in charge and the store we were at took a call from someone and told that person that we would gladly take their mother's cat.
Long short I ended up with a cat that never left (2-3 years now) she was able to stay as my cat allergic husband for some reason did not react to her and she doesn't move around a lot.
Anyways - we are giving her fluids once a week sq and she just got over a bladder infection last month. Now she is showing symptoms again of being sick - losing weight and throwing up. I had some extra antibiotics from another infection that she had that I didn't use as we went with a liquid as she kept throwing up the pill. (not having that problem now) so I decided to put her back on that, but she is not really getting a lot better, Her energy is up but still not eating well. She is getting very thin and losing her balance when she shakes and is a little wobbly when walking.
I have heating pads for her to lay on to keep warm and we have space heater in bathroom for times she wants to be really warm. I let her sleep and keep me up most of night as I feel she is finally coming to the end but I am still worried that I might be missing something or can do something more. I try and give her treats as much as possible and her food and canned food (have dogs though that try getting her food all the time)
tight on money right now, dh out of work for last year and this week just plain tight, next week would be better, way this always goes doesn't it.
The other sad part is most of the pics I had for her were still on my camera that got pick pocketed while on vacation, so no pics any longer of my precious Amber, we didn't have computer to download onto for longest time and never got around to doing it on our new computer before we left home.
Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
