HELP-are they hatching early....

Hi! I’m not sure what to do. My Indian Runner duck eggs are on day 23 and I just saw one of them rocking back and forth a bunch of times. It isn’t a constant rocking but I had to watch for a while to make sure my eyes weren’t tricking me! Can they be ready to hatch early? Should I start lockdown or wait?? I am really not sure what to do. I have two incubators that are homemade. The one they are in has no fan so heat/humidity are hard to control. There is also a 4X6 opening on the top bc it’s the only way to keep the heat from going too high. I just made a new one for lockdown that has a fan but it’s not ready. Currently the temp is at 98.5 but the humidity is like 95! I haven’t gotten that one stabilized yet so I’m torn and nervous about what to do...

They aren't hatching, they are rocking. The embryo is flipping and flopping the entire incubation period. Now they are just big enough for the movement to be seen from outside the egg.
