Should around 60%-70% for lockdown. I don't really measure as I use the dry hatch method most of the time.

It's on 73% now an I use the little giant as my hatcher an for my incubator I have a 96 egg a&I brooders and incubators. I run 55-65 1-18 an 65-75% on 19-21. Would about right to y'all.

I have better hatches personally with 30-40% humidity day 1-18.
The first few times I hatched chicks I also did the recommended humidity only to have bad results. I tried lowering the humidity throughout the whole incubation period, and results have been better.
How do your air cells look?
I can't really see from the pic you posted.
If you are on day 20, so you are going to have to be patient.
