Help. At a loss...very sick hen!

I'm at a loss everyone. I have a very sick hen and have done a ton of research and can't figure out what is going on.
Today is Tuesday. I first noticed her acting strange on Friday.
I don't know her breed. She is about 2.5 years old.
She was just standing around. When she walked it was very labored and slow. If she was standing and one of the others bumped her, she would just about fall over.
I isloated her. She has not be at all verbal.
She is in molt. She has lost alot of weight. She has diarrhea. Is eating, but very little. Mostly scrambled eggs right now. She had been on Nutrena layer feed pellets before getting sick. Drinking some water with nutri drench. Standing mostly with her tail down. I've oiled vent, soaked in epsom salt baths 3 times, just in case of egg binding. She seems to have 2 very large lumps on the left side toward the end of the (breastbone?). Not below vent.
Yesterday at one point she was stretched out with her leg behind her and seemingly couldn't get it back under her. I helped her and put it under her. Later she was standing.
Today she has only stood up shortly but hasn't walked. I have been constantly offering food and water and she will take a little from time to time. She is very drowsy and just wants to sleep. Of course, she's my favorite.

Also, her crop is soft and pliable.

Sorry about your hen. Molt can be hard on them, and they usually stop laying during the molt. It can be a time when an illness will become apparent. How does her crop feel first thing in the morning before she has eaten or drunk anything? Can you mix a small amount of chicken feed with water, and a spoonful of yogurt or cottage cheese if you have it? Human B complex 1/2 tablet daily can be crushed into food and may give a boost. Make sure that she can reach food and water since she is having trouble getting around. Poop pictures are welcome. Are the normally white urates in her droppings while or yellowish? Has she been wormed recently? Can you spot any lice or mites moving on her skin under her vent and belly? Lumps could be small tumors. Cancer and reproductive disorders are common in hens over 2-3 years. Are they visible in a picture?

I don't see lice or mites. It's been a little while since I wormed. What wormer do you suggest? Lumps are not visible in pictures. When picking her up and examining, she is nothing but bones. I am so afraid it might be too late...

Valbazen, which is available now as albendazole 1/2 ml given orally once and repeated in 10 days is what I prefer. SafeGuard Liquid Goat Wormer or the Equine paste can be used 1.25 ml orally for 5 consecutive days and may be more easily found. Here is where to find albendazole:
