Help! Baby chick can't stand??

My poor little chick hatched yesterday, and when I checked on him this morning, I found him laying there in the nesting box.
He isn't flailing his little legs, they're just sitting there. He is laying on his side, and can't support himself. The only movement he is making is opening his beak every 30 seconds, as if he is gasping for breath. His eyes are closed. He takes water when I give it to him.

Please help! What should I do?

I had a chick with a dramatic entrance to the world, and it took about 2 days to stand.. Mine used to fall asleep on its side to, make sure it drinks and feeds well, is it doing those well?
