What temp taker do you have and how exactly did you take the chicks temperature?


What is the temperature in the brooder under your red heat lamp?

Its sitting about 87 since I have small and bigger chicks.
The temp taker I have is old I got it from a baby kit when there were small children around. Also the butt. Where else would you do it?
