HELP!!!!! baby chick not doing well!!

One of my baby chicks (a banty) has gone completely limp like wont move her legs or head or anything and keeps opening her beak for air. she had pasty butt but i got that taken care of. i need to know what to do! shes 1 and 1/2 weeks old and i dont want to lose her!!!!

also her name is Ruthie and i am already really attached to her. i try not to be but it never works. i really dont want to lose her. please let me know what to do!

Try getting some electrolytes/vitamins into her with a dropper. If you don'y have any, 1 tbsp sugar per quart of water may do the trick.
